6. You must ship your product out in 48 hours unless you notify your customers otherwise. The shipping time cannot be longer than 7 days after receiving the commission.

When you sell items using our marketplace, you may receive and manage certain personal data, for example, when speaking with clients and going into exchanges with them. This implies that you are accountable for keeping their personal data safe such as customer name, email address, and delivery address. Youthful Savings Marketplace is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date – with original packaging.
1. Send an email to email@example.com and the seller as well with your order number to receive return authorization. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and may ship back the item using the carrier of their choice.
2. We do not accept any return after 30 days from ship date.
3. If you believe your package was damaged during shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
4. To cancel an order, please contact the Youthful Savings Marketplace as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has been shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as the vendor receives the item(s) back from you.
5. All refund recipients will receive confirmation from both the vendor and us for their records.
